qs120 motor ok to run bi-directional?

After mocking up my qs120 motor I realized that I will need to run it in reverse. Has anyone done this with the QS motor? Any issues or performance loss running it in reverse? I also have the votol em100 controller.

To Switch motor shaft rotation direction:

Hall Wires: connect the blue wires to the the yellow wires leaving the green wire connected to a green wire

Phase wires: on the controller the phase wire lug positions are labeled U, V & W. Green is fastened U, Blue is fastened to V and yellow is fastened to slot W.

There is another way to change the motor rotation direction by PC RS232 /reprogramming the controller. Probably it is more troublesome than the wire swapping at the controller. Instructions: Google: programming Votol em 100.
