Question for pouch cell battery pack (im a full on idiot)

No, just make sure the cells are glued inside the enclosure (which makes it look a bit naff anyway). You won't want them rubbing against the sides.

Any suggestions on what glue i should use for the cells? Also could i use high power fans to cool the cells or would i need to design some sort of cooling plate since these cells can discharge 300A continuously

I used polyurethane adhesive, but any RTV silicone would work too.
Don't bother with cooling. Too much hassle for cells that don't need it, and there's not enough room to do it well. Just seal it up and keep it waterproof.

Would there be any negative effects storing pouch cell batteries in plexiglass, id like for my battery pack to be see through and look different from every other electric moped in my city.

it does look cool. I am friends with a Frenchman on facebook, who built an ENTIRE MOTORCYCLE out of CNC cut polycarbonate.. I will try to find a picture. yes you can see everything.

I use a bent poly case for my controller still, but I have recently made my battery box, out of black, and solid color. I do not worry about heat generation: Typical load on the ( 25aH) cell I use is about 4C...( 100A) and the cell is capable of much more: needs no cooling until 10, 15C discharge. If you run a cell designed for 15C, on a 4C loading, the cell does not get hot.

Yes, poly-carbonate is impact rated and fire rated, and is easily machinable, and strong. It works well for me, and does not break.

Remember the difference of Arcylic, vs Poly-carbonate, both look the same, but, Acrylic is clarity, and shatters: Poly-carbonate does not crack, and is not as clear. Aircraft windshield is poly carbonate, aircraft side window is acrylic. Shortly , within a year or two, the side panel on my bike was scratched up rather regularly for riding 10,000 mi per year.

I eventually replaced with a double box of black poly. Yes it works well.

Thank you extremely, I have talked with a seller on Alibaba about the cells and he told me that they are 60Ah cells which can do typical discharge of 4c, but I want 5c or more and he said that it was possible to get 5c with 10c peaks even, he didn't mention anything about cooling but I think that's going to be my main problem, again ill be running high voltage but that doesn't save me from the fact that I could have issues if my motor demands more current, ill probably be doing a fast electric moped with either the qs268 90h v5 or the SHR01 racing hub motor (both are almost the same price but i see that the SHR01 is stronger), but I guess you are right, ill take a look at the polycarbonate and see how much it would cost to machine my battery box so I don't have to worry about it cracking

Should I put a little amount on the cells or more of the polyurethane adhesive so that I can stick them together?

If you stick the sides and base of the cells to the enclosure, they won't move. It is essential that they cannot move, as that leads to chaffing and cell damage.
