Crystalyte seems to have some stock programs.
I' am looking for a front 409 hub motor (with 28" rim), but all front hub's are out of stock, and can't order, except 4010 and 404 at Crystalyte-Europe.
http://shop.crystalyte-europe.com/product.php?productid=16230
Maybe some models are not made anymore, no idea.

There is no e-mail response at all, from crystalyte-europe and crystalyte.com.
It seems allot of people have communication problems with Crystalyte.

Does someone know where to get a 409 hub motor (with 28" rim)?
Or any stock information?
Other recommended shops?

Thanks Allot!

are you in Europe? Why do you want a 409? It has been discontinued product, and not a popular model. A 408 is more popular. So you will have a hard time finding it.

Try BobTec in germany

crystalyte europe are on holidays, usually they respond within a few days.

I like the 409 because of it's size and direct drive, and is quite.
409 has a good enough topspeed for me, no need for a 408.

The HS-24 front is a verry good hub, but it's allot bigger, no so stealthy anymore.

On another thread, he's been wanting maximum stealth, front motor, on alloy shock forks if possible. Most of the gearmotors make more noise, and fitting between the tubes of a shock fork is unlikely anyway with the extra width. Linking me to clyte europe, the 408,409,4010, etc seemed to best fit his needs. He's got a steep bridge approach to climb, and wants fairly fast and stealthy.

250 watts won't do. If not for wanting to sneak more speed, I'd recomend the HT motor, or a 9c, etc.
