Recumbent 20” wheels with disc hubs?

but if you don't like any of those options, wheels of whatever type you want are easy enough to build (or have built for you).
just get the hubs you want, the rims you want, measure the spoke flanges of the hub and the erd of the rims based on the instructions at http://ebikes.ca/spokecalc and then use the calc to determine spoke length needed, then order those spokes and lace up the wheel or take the parts to any bike shop and have them lace it up.
if you're looking for hub*motors* with thru axle, that same website sells the grin all-axle motor which they'll build into whatever wheel you want, and they also make the hardware to mount it on a tadpole trike and/or use it with existing thru-axles.
