S900 display parameter settings

I have a green bike usa EM26 THAT HAS A 750W REAR hub motor and a s900 display. There are 18 parameter settings on the display but the manual does not address 2 of them P08 and P17. I think these settings affect power and or speed because the bike does not perform like it should. I have emailed the company twice and they seem to be ignoring me. Can anyone help? Ps I do not know what controller is in it either.

This manual may give you more information on those setpoints. But bear in mind, manufactures have control over the firmware programming of there product's controllers/displays. And as such may not allow changing or provisions of some features offered by others... a main reason why display replacements are often difficult on "specialty and off brand" bikes.
