Sabvoton PAS and Throttle settings

My current setup is a Sabvoton SVMC7245 controller with UKC1 display. Everything works but when I have it on PAS 1-4, my throttle only goes as fast as my PAS selection. So if I want to use full power, I have to select PAS 5 to get full power on the throttle. Is there any settings to have the throttle and the PAS to be independent? Meaning I would like to have the PAS setting at 3 but can use the throttle for full power if I wanted to pass someone?

No, there's no setting for that. MQCON's PAS is horrible (speed based instead of power based) and otherwise a clunky afterthought, and I suggest everyone to use a non-PAS version plus a simple Arduino PAS device or CA3 to hook up a PAS.

The reason is the pedal assist in SVMC is hooked up as their 3 speed switch. And that switch logic is originally designed to control the overall vehicle speed, so the two are inherently linked.
