100v is not high voltage. Yet, you don't need high voltage to feel the bite, when the Amps are high. Best is to care about the safety of the circuit, lower voltage doesn't make it better. I have shorted RC lipo to vaporize connectors, but never with any part of my body in the circuit. I never burnt my fingers either. Still, experiences from the past are enough to guess the feeling. I shorted 25000v once cutting a tree by the railway, expansive lesson. :|
