First photo what it should look like, second photo what it looked like when I purchased and third photo what it looks like now. Will be converting to electric, the 2 motors were given to me, looking at hub motors x 4 plus controller was 5 grand. Does not include batteries. These 2 motors are 90 volts and have a lot of torque for hp. 10 mph will be speed looks like, will use to run fence line and go check mail etc. Have a leaf battery for power, so question is what is a controller that will run both motors and has a good rep. Thanks

From the lable, those are DC brushed motors, rated st 90v, 5 amps (450 Watts ?) , so controllers should be relatively cheap
…but dont expect too much from them Unless you are intending to overvolt and risk reliability .

Build looks great, I'll be following!

Typically, you'll need a controller for each motor.
Some bikes have 2 motors, front rear tires. Not many amps because of the high voltage motors. The higher voltage controllers that I"m having a hard time to find info that have people using. Wild how people will jack a van up and put 1 motor on a wheel and just show it spinning, nice that it shows something though.

Yeah, your motors are rated at a collective 900W though, which would be totally adequate on an electric bike, but not a vehicle weighing >10 times more, especially with those tires.

Brushed motors also don't have much potential for overvolting/over-amping to make up for the lack of power. You will probably find the power very lackluster, you have less power output than a 50cc gas engine between those two electric motors.

Have you looked for Kelly or Golden Motor controllers ?
I am now. Trying to look at this at from another way Quick Look at price on motors these are very expensive motors. They are rated for 100 % duty cycle, maybe why 5500.00 price tag each on Amazon.
