Solderless weldless 36V and 74V batteries could do over 200A

Any issues with using say an 8P module with say, 4P worth of cells and upgrading to higher cell counts as more disposable money is available? Will tension stay the same for the most part?
 
I'll likely be buying them in batches of 100 cells over the course of a couple months. While cycle life will be different, I'm hoping it won't be different enough to cause too many problems once fully "stocked"
 
Better to start with a full count of cheapest cells (but tested first)

Iron out the kinks, learn never to do that again

Then replace with top quality new all at once later.

Or just wait while you save for Doing It Right.
