Sources for Custom Aluminum Cases

I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a vendor where I could buy a custom aluminum case (built to my custom dimensions) for my Lipo Battery pack. Currently I have 6 - 5000maH turnigy batteries for a total of 48V and 15aH. I would like to attach it to my bike utilizing the holes in the frame for the water bottle holder. I figured if I could get a custom aluminum box made for the dimension of my batteries, I could probably attach it to the frame using these two water bottle holder screws. I'm sure it would need some additional support as well, but this seems like a good spot for it if I could mount it securely enough.

Does anyone know a good online vendor that can make customized aluminum boxes for a halfway reasonable price? Thanks!

It's a Hammond case designed for electrical installations.

That's EXACTLY my case - well done!

I'm not using the case anymore - wasn't happy carrying around 1kg in extra weight for a case so pack just sits in a soft bag hanging off the side of the rear rack now.

I made my last box out of balsa wood and plastic sheets. About as easy and light weight as it gets, if you can wrap your head around wood being a high quality organic product rather than some old timey obsolete product.
