What video, and what is
Tennessee v. Garner, 471 U.S. 1 (1985)
like I am suppose to know that case.
The only question is, why do I have to do the work and google it. I am 50/50 on whether I should google it.

Tennessee v. Garner, 471 U.S. 1 (1985)[1], was a case in which the Supreme Court of the United States held that, under the Fourth Amendment, when a law enforcement officer is pursuing a fleeing suspect, he or she may not use deadly force to prevent escape unless "the officer has probable cause to believe that the suspect poses a significant threat of death or serious physical injury to the officer or others."

In the USA - Many are still shot in the back and the pursuing officer lies to save his ass. Many are caught on video, and they still slide. Paid vacation.

I found it funny on CNN, the California shooting 13 dead, top cop says something like "Police dont get into this line of work for the power they hold" or something along those lines. Thats exactly why they get into that line of work! Turns out the "Terrorists" shot 75 bullets, coppers 450 bullets. They need to practice more shooting and aiming at the gun range.
