I have bought two spintend controllers

How to use it on e-bikes
A open connection and controller, so it need made the controller watertight

And in plastic box, it's not good for cooling

I think the best way is aluminum box.
Some part need to made contact with the pcb board?

Phaserunner has it closed it with kind of plastic and the bottom possible cooling element

Can the spintend controllers activate and switch off with bluetooth?
Also extra security against theft

The way I normally waterproof VESCs like this is by first open the case and conformal coat everything then when reassembling the case I silicone the two halves together and around the power wires. Then I 3D print a cover with a gasket that seals the whole top and has space for all my wire connections. So far seems to work well, the conformal coating first is kind of a backup sealing. I've seen people just silicone everything shut and I guess it worked, saw one where he did that and used it on an RC boat, like not in the boat just strapped on top. If you can find a suitable aluminum case that would work well or possibly a plastic case with a hole cut in it to stick the lower half of the case out that acts as the heatsink.

The ignite port probably controls power to the whole board, if I recall VESC has an auto soft shutdown where it just goes to sleep after a while but that probably still uses a small amount of power and I don't know that it should be used as the primary on-off mode.

What kind of coating?
Maybe I made an YouTube video.

And made a 3d print is the best, can even that it fit on tube.
I have aluminium and tigwelder, the cable out small hole with silicone. I I can program it with Bluetooth?
Download firmware?
Or little open for connections. Rubber seal door.
Or only usb, that's is also possible.

I use MG chemicals silicone modified conformal coating, the stuff in the bottle with brush is easier to use than the spray and you can use a UV light to see if you missed anywhere. You can program and update the firmware over bluetooth with the phone app but the desktop app is nicer to use and better for tuning if you need to do additional tuning. You can connect with bluetooth to a PC but the USB is more reliable. If the USB cable is separate I just run it out the side with the other wires through gasket or silconed holes. If it's on the board I just leave a hole in the print lined up with the USB port and cover that hole with some good tape to waterproof it.

I have a ubox alu lite here. I just bought a cheap aluminium enclosure on ali*press and put the controller inside that box - even kept the original alu bottom. You can additionally seal the covers with glue or silicone bands but mine is machined well enough so it's not even necessary.

Automatic gear swishing

Rohloff E-14
Electronic Shifting System for Bosch and Panasonic FIT eBike Systems
Rohloff speedhub the best intern transmission. 14 transmission works at least 100.000 km without problems.

BUT! When used wrong +2000$ for bin.

I want e14 electronic shifting system working with vesc controller and bafang m620 motor or bbshd.
For the moment Rohloff e14 doesn't support vesc controllers.

When stopping, than a command to e14 to switch to gear 1,
Throttle open, then controlled power, because the max nm that may on the speedhub is I think is 160nm.
How can I measure that?

swishing to higher gear in 1/300 ms is possibly,

And at max power of the motor,
Command to vesc, power down,
command to e14, switch to higher gear.

E14 is already electric, find the protocol.

And switch automatic to the gear for the best power of the motor.

So when slowing down, the gears goes also lower.
Like an automatic car 🚗.

By Rohloff you have to switch manually, I want that automatically.

I wouldn't do this. Just get a cheap 3 speed IGH or a chain transmission
