Ebikes, the most commonly used illegal in America, is going mainstream. It's now legal to ride EVerywhere. Recreationally in eight states — Alaska, California, Colorado, Oregon, Maine, Massachusetts, Nevada, Washington — and the District of Columbia. Ebikes seems poised for wider use, too: There are numerous places that now allow the possession and use of ebikes for medicinal purposes, according to the National Institute on Drug Abuse, due to its therapy.
