Throttle cuts out immediately after motor spins for second

I built and Ebike kit, and it overheated the hall wires because it wasn't well vented. I had the controller checked by Lyen and replaced the hall sensors and replace burnt hall wires. Now when i twist the throttle, the motor kicks on for a second then stops.. I have tested it with my Ebike tester and everything is working. I also reprogrammed and flashed the controller and cycle analyst but I can't figure it out. The low voltage range is low enough so I'm confused. If anyone has the answer I would be able to give my customer back his bike.
Thank you

Then it's not a CA problem, if you've eliminated the CA from the connections.

You'll want to edit the title of your thread (in the first post) to reflect that the cutout is in your controller, motor, or battery instead. ;)

Ya, what he said ^^^

You've eliminated the CA as participating in the primary issue.
Folks read/assist by the title so you need to get those with motor/controller expertise interested in reading about your problem.
Go to original post, press EDIT, and change the 'subject' field.

As a knee-jerk guess, you may have a simple phase/hall mismatch.
Did you reconnect everything exactly as it was originally? (colors may not have matched)...

I am pretty sure they were connected the same, I cut one wire at a time and soldered it before the next hall. Plus I have checked the 36 different options for hall phase connections. I also used an Ebike tested and the hall magnets light up in order, as do the motor phase.. The controller hall and phase was hooked up to Ebike tester and it spins the lights but only for a second depending how hard the throttle is twisted.. I have another controller I'm gonna try to eliminate that as a possible problem

I had a similar problem, where the bike would run normally for a while, then it would loose power, and then cut off after a few seconds of throttle several times, then the battery would shut off entirely. In my case replacing the BMS mostly fixed it, but the motor was vibrating a lot on about half the starts so I ended up replacing the controller too. It was probably a combination of problems.
