Throttle-Use DIY eMTB Mid-Drive Motor Recommendations

I currently have a reasonable Cube Kathmandu Hybrid One 500 mid-drive commuter-style eBike with a Bosche CX Line motor and front suspension. However, I am finding that, the bike no longer meets my desires and needs - where I would like to go trail riding (with minor jumps) with my 5 year-old boy. So, I have been doing alot of research into trying to find a pre-built or a DIY full-suspension eMTB, with throttle.

To further narrow my focus, I have been looking for a motor that can sustain increased use of a throttle (should I desire it - be it DIY or pre-built), while also having the ability to meet BC Provincial and Canadian and eBike regulations both on and off public roads. Unfortunately, it seems most of the pre-built eMTBs out there with Bosche, etc. motors have no interest in providing throttle control, for whatever warranted reasons they may have. Furthermore whatever bikes I do manage to stumble upon, they are quite heavy (like my Cube Kathmandu), which can be a struggle to lift when needed.

Simply put, I am looking for is:

1. very reliable
   • chain doesn't come/ fall off
   • motor doesn't overheat from extended throttle use
2. light-weight
   • motor
     • mid-drive
     • powerful (500-1500W)
     • 80+ Nm Torque
   • frame
     • can take reasonable landings from small/ medium jumps without frame and component failure
3. comfortable
   • great personalized geometry
   • full-suspension eMTB,
4. quiet motor

As such, I am asking to see whether anyone can suggest and comment on the available lightweight powerful motors for DIY bikes, or pre-built bikes that have integrated motors that meet my desires above.
