If you see the post of @tim565484 you see your assumtion is right.... Australia......Also I am assuming that the spindle for the TSDZ3 is the same as for the TSDZ2?!...
It could be that the original 61902RS is sealed, or that the axle diameter varies. Once I measured 14,9mm, so every 15mm bearing will have some wobble.....
There is a 61902 RS bearing (on the left side, of course) and it has almost no play on the axle.
...purchased 6902 RS has quite a loose fit on the axle..... it noticeably "wiggles"...
....
There's no bearing on the spindle (top of pic), just a dust seal?It could be that the original 61902RS is sealed, or that the axle diameter varies. Once I measured 14,9mm, so every 15mm bearing will have some wobble.
The point is that axle isn't supported well enough with just one bearing on one end of it.
With extra bearings on both ends of the axle, the wobble will be minimized and the forces on that single bearing will be less.
Correct, that extra bearing comes instead of that seal inside the spider. There's no bearing on the spindle (top of pic), just a dust seal?
coud you please show the example of thith O-rings? rubber?seal the small gap between inner bearing and axle
tight O-rings on the axle.
There is a large bearing where the clutch is, and yes, the axle "contacts" only with the bushing. There's no bearing on the spindle (top of pic), just a dust seal?
Exactly. I used a couple of 14,5mm rubber O-rings (silicon greased) to fill that space.... please show the example....
....
maybe you meant the rubber O-rings that will fill the space between the bearing and the crank? this will protect it from dust and will hold the bearing in place..?
...
In general - yes. However, these O-rings and glue(Loctite etc) together - cost as much as 10 bearings)Loctite 641
There are cheaper Loctite substitutes (RS R41, Holdtite R941, Holdit R41, Luoke LK641, Higlue 641), but relative expensive too....these O-rings and glue(Loctite etc) together - cost as much as 10 bearings....
