TSDZ2 power meter shows value while standing still?

Hi,
I'm new ro the TSDZ2 motor and have the 850c display connected to it. Is it normal that the wattage reading is showing around 800w while standing still? It would seem logical that it's zero when there is no torque applied.

The value fluctuates when pedalling and always drops back to the around 800 value while stopping.

Perhaps not so far from the problem I discovered this morning

I Light the TSDZ ; it initializes … and it starts ! Assistance level 0, not pedalling ! The power meter shows 10 W … (I have the OSS)
I can ride normally with all the levels OK but I can not stop completely the engine !

Every rhing was fine for 1 000 km ...
