Volt Amp Speed Km combo meter

Came across this on ebay. I'm thinking of giving it a try as a retro fit to one of my scooter monstrosities. Anyone have any experience with it?

There's a thread on here somewhere. All I can remember is that it had LCD in the title. It gave a lot of detail about them.
