Hello Ebikers
I own an e-bike with a 1000 watt motor, 25 amp sinewave Controller and a 48 volts- 11.6 ah battery made of Panasonic NCR18650F, my battery has a 30 amp BMS. I mostly use the throttle on my e-bike mostly to get from my home to work and back from work to home. That is about 10 miles in total, I live in Tallahassee, Florida.

My battery case is a hailong (Down Tube) you can see it here:

I am considering placing the fuse (fuse holder with the fuse inside) on the positive wire coming from the battery case stand that connects to the controller of my e-bike. Can you please suggest a fuse holder and fuse that would work fine with my e-bike. So far this is what I found:

Bussmann BP/HHG-RP Fuse Holder

Thank in advance for your input!

25A controller - 30A BMS
Minimum 30A fuse recommended.

25A fuse would blow or continuously verge on blowing with high heat = high resistance.

Increase to 35-40A if 30A blows during normal operation.

or this one ould be more appropriate for 48V.
