What is the minimum safe voltage of a 36V 12 Ah under load?

I am trying to understand how low I should let the battery drop while riding. I use a Cycle Analyst for my ebike. Does anyone know the rule of thumb of how low I could deplete a SLA battery before it is potentially damaging?
