Why is it so hard to desolder and solder a phase wire. Do I need a special solfering iron and special lead?? I am using my 90watts solder and its kinda hard to melt it down...and what coating do I need to reinsulate my stator windings.

If you mean at the actual motor, you've got a lot of copper wicking heat away.

If you ahve a very large flat tip (like the size of your finger) it will work a lot better than the small tips common on soldering irons.

A small blob of solder on the tip helps increase the size of the contact area to transfer heat.

And flux. Always flux.

Get a soldering iron with a big tip as previously mentioned. The wattage is really not so important, it just determines how long it will take to heat up the iron.

I got one of these: http://www.conrad.com/ce/en/product/588356/TOOLCRAFT-KP-300-Soldering-Iron

It is huge, heavy, takes forever to heat, no temperature control, but the copper tip is so massive (25mm diameter, 80mm length) it will solder anything I throw at it. A smaller one can probably do it, this one is almost overkill but I needed to solder some 8AWG wire so I needed something big :D

Toolcraft also makes a 150W version of the above soldering iron, but I don't if it is smaller and a bit more handy to work with, the picture they doesn't reveal any info:

As been said, it’s a “mass” thing. Your part(s) sink too much heat out of a small tip before it can deliver any meaningful heat.

I use something like this:

http://www.amazon.com/60-Watts-Soldering-Iron-listed/dp/B0006NGZK0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1420725138&sr=8-1&keywords=60w+soldering+iron

Add this and you got yourself the soldering iron tool for big jobs on a small budget:

I only do quick jobs every once in a while. If you want an iron to sit around all day ready to go then you need to look into temperature controlled stations.

Thanks guys just tried it this morning big tip works really well. It melted like a butter...now what I need to do is to insulate the whole motor with coating dont know what to buy and how to do coat the soldered phase wire with hot glue. Is it glue gun? Can I use high temp silicone like permatex

There are a number of motor repair and modification threads discussing stuff like that; you might start with those by DoctorBass, and Kingfish's DIY Rust and Restoration thread.
