ask yourself this first: how the frock would a black man go ANYWHERE with litteraly nothing in his pocket while standing in the middle of the most racist country in the known world?
He'd just go to an airport and get on a plane. Heck, we've had those since the Revolutionary War.
Wright Bros. flight ~1908? Single seat aircraft only (and barely perfected) in time for WWI. In 1865 when slaves were freed they were the 10th generation of descendants of the first to arrive in this country! They could no more thrive in Africa than any of the zoo animals that are returned to the wild after decades in human captivity. They don't show that part. Dauntless for all his _________ at least understands the utter FAIL of thinking that blacks could simply pack up and "go home" after 200 frocking years.

Underneath the obvious sarcasm there is the "well, why don't they" that persists to this day. That's why Trump thinks that a "Dreamer" who speaks no Spanish and has lived in California since the age of two could make a go in Honduras. Sadly, I fear that we have learned nothing from the last four years. All that is going to happen is that we wait for Biden's term (singular) to be over when either Trump comes back or another RACIST signs onto the Republican ticket to continue the push towards the white ethno-state.

I adopted much of my new healthy diet, from a tribe in Africa  :bigthumb: One way to make America great is to eliminate western diseases :bigthumb:
The tribe , in a long study, had only 1 case of heart disease(the chief), and no diabetes, no cancer, no autoimmune etc.
So, you don't have to move to Africa to get the health benefits 8) Eliminated all my chronic pain :bigthumb:
Thank You :bigthumb:

its amazing how dumb americans really are about their own history and how whitewashed it is.

thank you matt and daunty for proving exactly how dumb and proudly racist americans really are. its really something to behold, apart from the projection ofcourse. that is more pathetic then anything else but it fits perfectly in the mental picture everyone has of theAverage-America-Conservative-That-Is-Defenetly-Not-A-Racist.

you guys are DEFENETLY NOT RACIST. but anyone talking about racism is automatically a racist. yes that is exactly how not-racists look at racism.

JFC you guys are dumb.

Yep. Take away all medical care from your community and all the people with those diseases will quickly die, leaving the remainder quite healthy.

Can we call this the Gruber healthcare plan?

sounds more like the GOP healthcare plan.

There are healthier diets than African diets. African diets lack many nutrient sources. Why are their health metrics enviable? They aren't. Some of the longest living people in the world USED to be American. Their diets were HORRIBLE. Dental hygeine non-existent, Many drank, some smoked, but that didn't stop quite a few from living to 100. And beyond. Africans rarely live to 100. But Africans, in Africa; Chinese people, in China; Indians, in India ... in most parts of the UNDEVELOPED world, Cancers are virtually unknown! Diabetes, anything called an 'auto-immune disease ... unknown.

What gets people in the Third World are accidents, and illnesses from untreated water and malnutrition and starvation. Congenital abnormalities. We've achieved a high standard of living in the developed world and have largely eliminated bacterial and congenital illness. We look down our noses at all of the Third World, but we have CARS in the U.S. and Western Europe and environs and the fine particulate byproducts of internal combustion kill the inhabitants of First World Countries at a frightful clip. America adds to that gun violence and gun accidents, and car accidents, so life expectancy in America, long plateaued, is now retrograde in all demographics of Americans.

Eating an African, Mediterranean, Paleo, Keto, Atkins or any other fad diet will not save us. Crushing all the cars and trucks with ICE powerplants will be a start. I'm not hopeful. We can no more alter our destiny with human extinction than we can change the temperature of American politics. Very, very sad.

Does talking about literacy make me literate? Or does being literate make me talk about literacy?

Does you using racism as a tool to promote your hatefulness make you as racist as you are hateful? You at least admit that it's your hatefulness that drives you to use racism as a tool of your hatred.

So you went on and on about Mr. Gruber's conservatism, but not a word about my Centrism. Are you stuck? Didn't the Indivisible download tell you how to deal with Centrists?

The tribe in the study was eating mostly purple sweet potatoes. Sure for a wedding they would catch and roast a wild hog, but that was not very often. Since i like sweet potatoes anyway, i buy 20-30# when they are on sale 3#/$1. This year i did get some of the rare PSP, and i've planted 20 slips to try to grow them myself. the PSP have a very interesting flavor :thumb: most items in my diet are in my sig.
There is a book called "The China study" I adopted some of their(1960's) lifestyle too! The study examined the lifestyle of those living to like 90-100+. They would keep riding bikes and grow their own food. Since i like doing things outdoors, i'm growing PSP, broccoli, and tomatoes. And i ride my bike to the store to get the things i don't grow. :bigthumb: On my previous diet, i'd ride my ebike, now i can pedal fine on a regular bike, no pain :bigthumb:

The Africans in the study did not live longer :( The Dr. that did the study said they died mainly from infections, as like you say, they lacked medical care. So, something we treat, would be fatal. :( Mosquito diseases were a big problem.

Got it. I'm sure the African type is not the same potatoes you're getting stateside. There are hundreds of types. That's what we eat down here, a few different types that are readily available down here and actually cheaper than more common potatoes. A couple of times a year we splurge on tiny round ones that may be normal potatoes. Our deciding factor on which we choose are those we like the skins best, since we eat the skins, the most vitamin packed part.

John
They spray growth inhibitor on potatoes from the store  so i don't eat too many skins. This is a good reason to try growing them as i like the skins.
IMO chronic pain is caused by slow healing, and too much fat was the #1 cause for me. Fat does not contain nutrition, just empty calories, at best. At worst it contains bad stuff as i was eating cheese and ice cream made from cows milk. I see why in India the cow is "sacred" 1000 years ago they must of found out how bad eating it was, and just found a way to ban them as food :thumb:
3 of my neighbors in their 60's (of 38) had a hip replaced, and they eat SAD; Std American Diet

As in religion has always been the simplest way to get people to do ANYTHING. Ockham was of course not behind the man responsible the Medieval Synthesis of Faith and Reason. So he'd agree with me. I just simplified you out of the equation.

Follow his advice: Do not multiply items unnecessarily. (But that would leave you with NOTHING to do.)

I never need to call a Centrist. I have one right here, at all times.

It was the 'Sentinel' program multiplying out of control that brought down The Matrix. Neo sacrificed himself so that ... well I'm not sure why he needed to be sacrificed ... I'm not at all sure why your Jesus Christ had to be sacrificed either. But you (Dauntless) are out of control. Who will stop you? Not me. I'm Leisesturm and my powers are many but Clint Eastwood once said, "an Avatar's got to know it's limitations".

i think religion may have started out with sick people looking for help. many religions have rules on what foods to eat or not eat. I had a neighbor offer to pay me to teach him how to cook healthy food  well, today he can look on youtube, but 5000 years ago, well, i could see this evolving into religions. Talk food to anybody and they will disagree, just like you. So, they made it dogma, part of their religion. :thumb:

Religion more likely started as an outgrowth of authority. Control. Any positive effects on health of being 'ordered' by an authority figure or regime was coincidental. As I said, earlier, it was not necessary to eat any particular way to live a 'normal' lifespan of the times. Cleanliness rituals also had coincidental positive effects on health.

religion IS a system of control. thats its whole shtick. there is nothing more to it then that. there are 613 commandments in the bible and not a single one says to not frock little kids, but you can beat someone to death if they eat a shrimp or an oyster.

Why would somebody join a religion, when the entire religion had only 5 or 10 members?

Matt Gruber said:

why would you join a group of 2 people back in school? the size of the group is not relevant.

and you often dont have a choice. religion is beaten into you when you litteraly come out of the womb by your parents.

just imagine getting a 18 year old to agree to praise -your- invisible friend and you have to cut a piece of his dick off to make it serious. tell that to an 18 year old and you will get punched or he will run away or pocket dial 911.

English is dead. I can't even explain exactly how this is wrong, because the exact meaning isn't even clear. Are newborns literally beaten into learning catechisms? Now THAT is harsh...

 it is pretty amazing that religion is so popular. i'm scraping the bottom of the barrel when i look for food advice from ancient religions. I'm always looking for the BEST, but it is true that religion teaches much negative, self destructive behavior. I'd like to think that they threw in a little good advice now and then.

well i will agree its not beatings, mutilated to be more accurate (circumsision). the beatings come after when the kids dares to start asking questions.

even a broken clock is right twice a day, does not mean you should believe it even if the time is right.

ps: only 2 of the 613 commandments are actually laws....

Especially if they join Antifa.

What a safe, SAFE thing you choose to hate: Religion. Of course you turn hatred into a religion. Dang, having a "Cause" is a religion to the left now. Boy do they beat THAT into anyone they can. Beating Green into kids is the new part of the Paris Accord.
