Problems with CA v3 / Lyen Controller and PAS

Hello,

i have a Problem with Setup my CA v3 with Lyen 12fet Controller and PAS:

12 Pole Magnet Ring and Pedelec Sensor for V3 CA
It is this PAS:

The PAS is from ebike.ca and has the Original Plugin for PAS Connector to CA v3.
Everything i setup wont spin the motor on pedaling the bike.
The PAS is blinking forwards, and lights up on backwards. seems to be right.
Ich can see in v3 Display the arrows up and down each Signal comes from PAS.

But the Motor do nothing. I tried every PAS Setting with same Ending: Motor doesnt spin/work

Could someone help me please?

tried everything.
today i have buyed another PAS (PAS v7)
Same...ich see the Arrows for Direction and 5v / 0v going up and down each Pas signal comes.

On Screen 3 i dont see Pedaling RPMs......is that a hint for someone?!

You don't specify whether it works with a throttle or not.

Also, what voltage is there on the signal pin of the CA's throttle output connector (or the throttle signal pin of the CA's controller connector, whichever you have/are using). If that voltage isn't changing then it isn't telling teh controller to do anything. If it is changing then perhaps it's range is incorrect--too low or too high for the controller to respond to.

Hello amberwolf,

the throttle works fine. I set it up to min 0,90v and max 3,51v
smooth operating full range of throttle.
i can see the slider in display for throttle and lyen did allready the "modification" with the resistor/diode.

the voltages of the throttle i can see on display. But iam not sure if i understand right what you mean.
On setting up the throttle i find out that i have to give 1,4v on throttle out before motor spins.

Then that eliminates a wiring issue, since the throttle signal from the CA to the controller is the same wire for either control method.

That leaves a configuration issue in the CA setup, but I'm not sure ATM what it might be yet.

i updated to beta 22 and now it works =)

today i will try setting up smooth PAS working.

hi please i need help for setting the pas sensor i need picture also because i don't know how to mount it to the botom bracket , i have the lyen 12fets and i purchase also the pas sensor from him .
