I just got a Bafang G063.1000d hub motor with the 14mm axle. You'll see in the first photo that the Anti-Rotation washer is pressing the cable into the rotor bolts, or at least not allowing a better angle on the cable.
I had the C-washer from my grin torque arm that doesn't work with this motor, so I used it as a spacer between the motor and the AR washer. You'll see in the second photo that it seems to work. There is space now for the cable without rubbing.
Does anyone see a problem with this solution? I'm heading off on a trip in two weeks and would hate to have a failure cause I was an idiot and didn't think of something.
Any suggestions?
