2018 Biktrix Juggernaut D1 36volt awd need advise on motors

I have the above bike and need to buy a new 36 volt battery the Chinese manufacturer needs to know the amp or power rating for the motors. I can only find the following on the front and back hubs:
17010638 36 volt 26"
17011300 36volt 26"
can anyone help with the amp or wattage rating for the above motors
did a google search nothing comes up

Is there a label on the old battery?

only thing on battery is Reention 36V 11.4amh. lady in china said they need engine wattage to make battery

I pulled my bikes control box out and it has the following on it:
Rated voltage 36V
under current scraped off unreadable
Limit current 18A 15A
Nominal current 9A 7A
Rated Current 250watts 350 watts
Drawing number LD-ON005
Production date LD2017019-0001

Can I derive anything from this label on control box?
ie 36v x9amp=324watts ~350w motor?

So the most the controller will flow is 18A, or 18x36= 648W peak, and 9x36 or 324W continuous.

I would use the higher quantity to provide some headroom and less strain on the battery.
