You could make a truck with wheel spindles. That way the front wheels would articulate like a car. It would give you an actual turn radius.

Tried to Google this Psycho, what does this mean? Any photos? I can't get my head around articulated trucks but I like the idea

I got to check this out in person, it's a pretty neat build!
