Big Fat Cow Syndrome. ?

Nice thing about 20" fat tire rims is you can put a motorcycle tire on there if you really want to. Would be a pain to pedal something that heavy, and inefficient for the motor to move it, but they sure are durable.

Note the sizing is measured different, though. A typical fat bike has a 20"x4" bicycle tire. The same size rim would take a 16"x3" or so motorcycle tire.

Also you generally need a different frame for fat bike tires because the rear drop outs are wider.
Lots of folding ebikes...and stepovers have 3 inch tires on the 135 mm dropout. Granted they are a pain to find. Just be aware that the MXUS XF19 has a buttload of torque at 135mm.. but is loud as a vacuum cleaner.

I would have to get a new bike, I did not realize when going 30 MPH like a motorcycle all the stuff needs to be more heavy duty. This bike was fine with stock gearing which was 42 14 and cruising speed was 20 MPH. Now with 48 11 gearing cruising is pushing 30 MPH and with my weight I am going to get hurt if I do not fix the problem. I think the answer will probably be a new bike with beefier frame but I will work with this. I want a standard bike set up, I just may be asking to much of it. I just ordered a 52 t Ring so I may be over 30 MPH now. I don't think bike tires were meant to lean over in corners going 25 plus MPH and with my weight. Thanks...

Here is what looks like is coming, If I get back in form I will be going like 30 MPH and jumping all the curbs and stuff in my path, what kind of bike do I need that can take that? I used to run at 15 to 20 MPH on a MTB with down hill rims and that was OK. I did get dents in rims. This is what you can do on modern moto x motorcycles and even with my weight it's not a problem.

I wouldn't say you need a new bike exactly, yours does look a little too lightweight for your weight though.

You never mentioned what PSI you are using which could be >= 90% of your problem
Rims are potentially a problem but we have no measurement on that, just guesses

For me it feels like further effort trying to help you solve your problem is wasted :/

If I run tires rock hard psi they blow out, I have been going by touch, I think I need to find heavy duty tubes and get a good DH rim going with good spokes. I like the big tires 2.6 alot better than 2.4 or 2.1. When I put the 48 T on that is when problems started. I will get it straight. It's hard to get 1 bike that will do everything as I am learning. For me I probably need a fat tire bike with heavy rims and frame but as you guys stated they become boat anchors when they break. You can't ask a bicycle chassis to do what a motorcycle does.

They don't weigh 300 plus pounds, tire is too big for rim under those conditions.
You do not seem to understand how that works. If a 150 pound racer can tear around on 25mm tires with no issues then a 300 pound rider can do the same on 35mm tires. The cross-section of a 35mm tire is double that of a 25. For a 400 pound rider, the equivalent is a 40mm tire.

Your problem is related to other things but not tire size. I doubt rim width is a factor either. This is based on both personal and observed experience as a long time bike shop guy.
