So this song you're writing: I have a title;
'I'm Payin', you be playin'.'
Yeah, the woman players. lol
The lyrics sound pretty appropriate for that title, lol.
The guy believes he can buy female affections with gifts and gifts of money, and whatnot, as opposed to... boldly pursuing her as his own. Increasing the tension. Flirting. Touching. Bullying. Teasing. Getting angry at.
Keep thinking this whole "Let's get a house" approach is really just an invitation to getting played. Maybe I don't have the best approaches in practice, lol.

An invitation to getting played would explain that maniacal faced plotting I could subtly espy.
It's nice thinking I could potentially spot the failures in my approaches, but what could I do instead? How the heck do you do physical flirting and nonverbal and tonal stuff online? lol.
It's interesting thinking I can spot the tension dying off as I pander to material interests, and then /I LOSE INTEREST/, and not just the girl, lol.
Didn't fall asleep until 5 a.m. and then woke up at 9.
Felt pretty awake.
Nothing alarming about today, save for the periodic left hand numbness and feeling of urgency (That soon dissipates), and this subtle feeling of sweatiness I don't normally experience. I'd assume maybe stress, but I didn't usually get the sweaty feeling say... 2 weeks ago... despite there being MUCH HIGHER levels of stress, lol.

I get bread, get head, and frock these hoes
In that order
Don't switch it around
Relationships change, it's so different now
No high-school sweetheart
These bitches pimpin'
Yeah, just what I was referring, the woman players. Getting your bread, and keep finding the men with bread on the table.
Hella "Instagram likes" but you ain't pretty, bitch!
Oh. So the hoes usually aren't pretty... (But presumably provocative)
So the pretty ones are more often the highschool sweethearts, lol.
So maybe the pretty ones aren't too bad, normally.
But if they're pretty AND provocative... well... borderline case, lol.
Saw on the gis maps that the mexicans had a mortage on the property, looks like they must've refinanced or something. The fund itself suggested the prior loan was "in distress".
Man, just wonder what would've happened to the neighborhood if the mexicans got kicked out. It'd be an all white neighborhood and the harrassing elements would simply begone. Can't let that happen, "diversity" is good for neighborhoods after all, LOL!
Imagine how they feel seeing this young white guy building his own home right next door, while they're drowning in the mortgage. I can surmise their resentment might have some basis in reality, lol.
Looks like their 2000 sqft. house has a tax valuation of $126,000, was $100,000 in 2014.
Wow, what's the $$/sqft. on that?
$58/sqft.
And this $21,000 768sqft. home has a $$/sqft cost of $27/sqft.
Barely making $30/sqft.
What happened to the $80/sqft. I was normally seeing across town?
I guess this area gets $56/sqft. It'd make sense "The neighborhood" would impact the sqft. values, and in a downward direction, apparently.
It'd imply ponying up an extra $20,000 for "higher value" land at an extra $24/sqft. for the house would pay off at sizes greater than 20,000/24 = 833 sq.ft.
So basically building houses on this land are worthwhile for small ones. Larger houses payoff in the better neighborhoods.
Well, that's just perfect, with small houses being just what I can afford out of pocket, lol.
That does reduce my expected earnings. Which isn't bad or anything, it's still worthwhile labor and all.. it's just making me think I'd rather be working on higher $$/sqft. locations, lol.
