CA 3.15 - continually shows 2 Watts when powered on, is this a problem?

I have two eBike setups that are similar, one I've been running for a year, it shows 0W when powered up, that's what I'd expect.
New system - shows 2W when powered up (on the basement, on a work stand. This is constant and repeatable. I'm concerned whether there's power leakage somewhere, as my other system shows 0W as I'd expect.
Differences between the two systems - the new one has a slightly smaller motor. the new one has the baserunner controller inside the battery, where the old one has the baserunner externally attached to the battery.
Appreciate any advice!
 
It’s not a big concern. You have to zero the amps. I usually show about 4-5 watts when my bike is first powered on. The lights draw about that much current. Check out section
“6.13.1 Zero Amps”, in the Cycle Analyst manual.
