CC/CV Power Supply: Does This Exist?

Hi, I am looking for CC/CV programmable (or at least settable) power supply that can do about 0-84vdc at 15 amps (again, current adjust would be nice). I would like some metering and a way to tell it at some voltage, change from Constant Current to Constant Voltage. Any links? If no, maybe you know of a charger with some of this feature set? The ones you can order usually have one voltage. I have many EV's and projects so I want a versatile puppy... Oh and it should be 10vac or both 110vac and 220vac for input.

I am currently using a 60V 10A autoranging power supply built by HP/Agilent, model 6038A. I got it for a song on Ebay, but the original price was a couple grand. For the specs you are wanting be prepared to shell out some big bucks. If you find something for less than $500 let me know too! They are indeed handy.
