Hello,

This might seem like a dumb question but I'm just not sure

LG 18650 MF1 2100mAh 10A 3.65V

Standard Charge
Constant current 0.5C (1,075mA)
Constant voltage 4.2V
Max. Charge Voltage 4.2V
Max. Charge Current 1.0C(2,150mA)

If I was to charge a single cell I could use 1.0A and 4.2V correct? ( understood it's better to only charge to ~4.15v for longevity )

If I was to parallel this battery with another I could double the current correct?

1s1p 1A
1s2p 2A
1s3p 3A

If there is a BMS on a pack does/can that reduce the charge current?

You've pretty much got it right, 0.5C is 1.05A so 1A charge is fine. If there are 2 cells in parallel then 2A, etc. 4.2V is max voltage, 4.1 is better for extended cell life.
