1st post here, just bought a few cells

I tested an LG pack (4P 10S) today:
Discharge 15A constant (about 500W)
The battery returned 10.9 Ah (stop at 2.8V per cell)
At the end, the battery was at 60 ° C ...
I think that we must not exceed 15A continuous discharge for 4P
This battery is excellent for the price !!

so if in 10p thats 37.5A
i was wondering about this, good to know what the limits are.

That depends. If you need a high powered battery then yea, maybe it is.
But if you need a medium power bike with good, name brand cells that you know will last years, then this is one of the best prices I've found anywhere for those types of cells. It's about your requirements.

Totally agree .
They are good and cheap cells to average power projects .
For high powers must put too in parallel and is no longer cheap.

I agree, but I thought these LG cells were 10c capable, 25A constant...no....

Got my 80pcs of PF today all of them had 3.61V
Thx, looking forward to the build. Doing capacity test of one cell right now at 6,5A. Will be using them in 4p for a BBS02 25A

sounds like you expect a lot better performance from the pf than we get from the LGs....

Mine are on the way, I ordered 2 lots of the 10s4p packs of Samsung to resurrect my A2B metro, my frame pack has done over 3 thousand miles for me and I'm the third owner so not bad going. The winter killed it a bit so hopefully I'm going to build a 10s6P pack to replace it, or use all the cells to do an 10s8p !! Why not?

Just received my 80 cells for my brother's ebike build. Thank you. I wasn't expecting them for a few weeks and they are here already.
