Hi there, i am currently working on replacing the electronics in my ampler stout ebike.
the plan is to put controller and antispark inside the bottom tube of the frame.
the original controller had a quite smart construction with a heatsink which was screwed to the inside of the frame. since i now have this diy solution i think i will not have the chance of a proper heatsink besides the one installed on the controller.
Is the heat from the controller a real concearn or can i savely put this in the frame and forget about it? How much heat would i need to expect to come from the esc + switch?
its a 48V Battery and i plan to run a Q100C CST 36V350W Motor with it (like it was on the original bike).
Thanks a lot for ideas!!
