Death vibration at high speed acceleration

Hi all

I built a 1500w e bike with a Voilamart kit, and I got a really bad vibration when accelerating past 20mph, and when it hit maximum speed (30-35mph) it stopped. If it was under no load (going down a hill) It would not vibrate. Could be a loose magnate, I tightened the axel nut some more, but have not ridden it to see if it fixed it.

Could be a Hall sensor or continuity issue. Does it sound mechanical, electronic, or silent?

It sounds like I am hitting a rumble strip. It is not silent.

Check the rim too, I had a voilamart kit and the rim separated. Their rims really suck.

Does it still vibrate when it's off the ground or under light load?
Almost sounds like a Hall/Phase combo issue.

Right if he is running it without the halls it will vibrate but usually at speeds < 10 mph. These controllers that come with the kits are terrible. I wouldn't be surprised if the circuit that uses the hall sensors broke and it switched to sensorless
