Most bike parks are a mix of flow trails with rollers and jumps and more techy DH trails. I ride a lot of trails like these although they aren't technically at parks, I kinda feel like park implies it's a paid entry which implies lift access with means you don't need or what an Ebike? Maybe you just mean parks as in public parks but built as primarily mountain bike trails and not multiuse in which case yes this is a lot of what I ride. Anyway I don't do the jumps, just not by thing but I ride both trails types and I'm quite happy with my build.
You want lots of suspension (obviously) but maybe more than you would otherwise need because you also have extra weight, which helps the suspension work but if you land a jump you have more inertia to stop. Try and keep the weight centered and low. Similarly a DH bike will be built stronger so will cope with the added stresses better. Distribute the weight over the structure of the bike so you aren't putting excessive force in one location. Don't worry too much about adding weight it it also adds durability and performance. For instance heavy and wide DH tires for traction, comfort and durability when coping with higher forces from the added weight. Also you want some good brakes, again to slow down that extra weight. Weight is the main thing you are changing about bike dynamics but weight isn't all bad. You can spent some extra weight to improve performance because you don't have to pedal that weight around by yourself. So like high traction, lower pressure tires so you can apply that extra power to the ground even on super steep climbs.
Things I would do the same:
Start with DH bike, has most of the features you want already, comes with sturdy frame and suspension, big brakes, strong wheels
Smallish battery sized for how much I long I actually ride
High power motor paired with single speed drivetrain
Short cranks, shorter if I could find them
Massive pedals, larger if I could find them.
Higher rise bars (actually I have a stem spacer I made but same thing)
Low tire pressure with inserts
Things I would do different:
27.5in wheels instead of 26 just because there are more options for wider tires and tread patterns
Small and lighter motor, I have more power than I ever use and I'm not even pushing the motor anywhere near it's limits
Higher energy density battery made from high end 21700s instead of lipo bricks, lighter weight, safer
Things I would experiment with:
Domino throttle is nice but curious about other custom options
Belt drive would be nice but hard to find a frame
Regen, either though double linkage tensioner, frame mod, getting super lucky with the ring frame, something like that.
Maybe a carbon frame and more carbon parts
Dyneema spokes
Not including all the dumb stuff I would do that probably wouldn't be worth the time or cost just because I like tinkering.
