neat stuff Ben. liveforphysics luke is an old pal of mine and he mentioned you're in Taipei (which I'm at too at the moment). would love to check out your ebike in person sometimes.

Ben- This guy would be a hell of a test driver for your EV sports car project. :) Frank is as fearless and badass as a roadracer comes, a professional race driving instructor, and a damn fun guy to hang out with. :) It's really cool you both happen to be in the same city. :)

haha..it will be worth the wait--the bike is still nagging at the back of my mind. however, the technology and telemetry i envision putting into this bike has now gone beyond my capabilities. hope to tap into the gubment ev research fund, hire some phd's and back-channel some of that r&d into my bike. unfortunately, i'm finding out that grants for green tech & energy in this part of the world are as corrupt as it gets

had a few spare days last week to get the swingarm done. here's the bike partially assembled. frankly i was surprised everything fit  the battery/frame is next on the list--haven't come up with a clean, quick swap solution yet. they will be two 8S 15Ah cellman packs that slide/lock into place via rails and connect thru anderson cab mount style terminals.

Hey, That is cool bike!!!
I love it!!! You don't even have to install anything on it just paint the frame... :D
8)

And now questions..

You stretched kenda 2,5 on 80mm rim?
Why is your seat so up front and yet is seams pretty high? maybe the camera angle is wrong.

Very disturbing Dodjob, please don't leave that on this thread of beauty and brilliance.

Ben,
I didn't know Ducati had moved their ebike operations to Taiwan.
Super slick, glad to see you got some time to come back to this project, keep posting please.
