Excellent epoxy! Thanks for the demo.

One quick question: Does the epoxy conduct electricity?

no.. it's 888V insulation per mil... or 1 600 000 000 000 000 ohm per cm for the volume resistivity

so i would say.. IT DONT REALLY CONDUCT

hrm, trying to prevent wire cut on the HX motor anyone?

Just make sure you never EVER want to get the wires back out again. :p

Thanks to Doctor Bass for helping me not only finding this forum, but also giving me an idea on how to fix my EVG ebikes. I have the classic hub slip problem. I am hoping that the DP-420 epoxy will work in keeping it from slipping seing the kind of abuse Doc put it through. I tried JBWeld, but that didn't hold under stress. Hopefully the DP-420 will. Any tips not covered in doc's video?

Thanks,
hinv

Dang, I'm coming to expect that when I get interested in something, someone here will already be messing with it.

Where did your videos go? Do I recall there was a problem with YouTube? I'm wanting a real understanding about using this.

Video are back! I have lost my youtube account more than a year ago and I am now recovering every single video from the thousand places on my multiple harddrives to my new YT account.

After all the T-A bonded with that method can hold more than twice the absolute max torque any bicycle hub motor can do

Doc

Now that this thread is alive again...what does "T-A" mean?

Thanks, Stan :D

T-A mean: Torque Arm
