E-bike upgrade

Hi all.

I'm new member here and this is my first post.

A couple of days before i bought a used e-bike in very good condition.
Specs are:
29er
Frame GT karakom 4
Hub motor crystalyte 3540
Controller crystalyte 36-48v 25A with APM
12s 11a lipo.

Overall it runs good and i need it faster with more power <2500-3000watt
My thoughts 20s 16A for lipos but i don't know what controller will work best and also with the APM.
Also i need a better fork somthing like the reba rl from rockshox.

Any thoughts?

I like em3ev his 12fet 40a 3200watts or his 18fet 60a it will get warm the motor ? Then get a cycle analyst it can turn down the amps. Get two torque arms.
Plus get two of his throttles, just fill the box.

About the second torque arm noted.
The controller from em3ve has a very good price but I don't know if it will work with my APM display.
Also I can cut the amps with.

What do you thing about the C_PhaseRunner controller?
I know it is expensive but does it worth it?

Mine are almost 5 years old. I don't know if they even still make ones like the ones I have. These are very similar and what I'd buy now.
