There was a trail there I swear there was.......

So its official!!
Since switching over to a moto setup I got my first flat... 2 total since I have owned the Bomber.. and its my dumb ass fault...
I didn't check the tire pressure before riding and I got a pinch flat. Ive been running a 2.75/3.00-19 standard tube for years now and it finally let loose....
good news:
with the flat I could still ride it home no problem even at speed.. so I got that going for me.......

I buy Slime by the gallon. It's not perfect, but better than nothing, and has saved my bacon a few times.

afaic "slime" is the stuff little girls make from Elmers and Borax, I assume that's not what you mean?

On the front I still have my bicycle tire I had slime in there it works well just a little messy and it has to be changed from time to time.
I wound up switching to MR tuffy tube strips. They work but nothing is perfect...

Some guys use tubeless system for moto tires. They are really good system. a lot of people rave about them... I standard moto tubes and set my pressure at 12-15 and don't get flats but when I pull a genius move like not checking my tire pressure for days on end.    this is what I get....... now weight my also be an issue I weigh 160 lbs bigger peeps may not be able to run such a low pressure...

They sell two formulas of Slime. One is for tubeless tires, and one is for inner tubes. I've had better luck using the Tubeless tire Slime in my inner tubes.

Lime green is a really good color for a Bomber.

Thx man! it came out nice.... although my 7 year old son saw your red one and is demanding my bomber get a color change....

After riding South 20 miles to roll with the doggies, am I heading home? Nuooo, I going West across the Trinity River to Oak Cliff, home of Bonnie and Clyde, and the Bishop Arts District.

And finely heading back North toward Farmers Branch I went by the Stevens Park Golf Course in Kessler/Stevens Park established in the 1920s. I got back home after 43 miles, and 26.2 ah. I should of been able to easily go 10 or 15 more miles.

Me too. Just works better, and doesn't dry up as fast.

At this point I'm pretty pleased with the way my bike looks, and pretty much everything else about it. Getting a big battery was kind of a major breakthrough.

Has anyone installed a steering damper onto their Stealth frame? If so could you post pics and materials used? Thank you
