Eaton APR48-3G 1.8kW PSU issue

I just plugged in my Eaton APR48-3G 1.8kW PSU for the first time and it doesn't seem to be working.

It powers on for about 7-8 seconds, then turns off for about 3 seconds, turns back on for 7-8 secs, turns off again for about 3secs.... and repeats for as long as it's plugged in.

Also I'm noticing that the left fan isn't spinning at all... Any ideas what the issue might be?

I drilled off the rivets and had a look inside.

There was a crack in the case of the left fan that was stopping it from spinning. I did a temporary fix and all is working now

Time to order a replacement fan!
