I am looking for the wiring details for this unit SYK-48-100W my main problem is the 2 by 3 screw terminals the terminal colours dont match wheel and harness colors . I have requested the info from the ebay supplier but 1 week later still no joy.
If some one can point me in the general direction.

if you mean the 3 phase wires to the motor just try a combination. worst thing that can happen is that the motor rotates in the wrong direction. if that happens switch any two of the wires .

I used to see vpower ebike kits of eBay all the time, now I never do.
I noticed one thing they are willing to do that most sellers aren't and that's surface post so its extra cheap even if u got to wait up to 2 months.

It amazes me how much trouble all my Nordic friends are having with their abroad-ordered kits when they start :wink:
Here"s one Finnish guy who had to open his Golden motor before start, one Swedish guy who opened his motor before start and magnets got destroyed, you from Norway who had to replace the rim before the start, etc. List is amazingly long.
I bought MXUS antiwater kit locally, and called it done. Rim"s good (slightly narrow though), spokes good still after over 1000 miles, tightened once, all wires have easy plugs, takes around 30 seconds to plug everything, etc.
Motor runs like a new, 14mm axel. Whole kit 329 euros. One guy here has a Crystalyte kit and it seems to work OK too. Grin Tech torq arms are quality.

Im using recycles batteries we pulled these out 3 years of service so we still have 1 or 2 years of usage.
my problem will be I have 30Kg of batteries so not sure how this will effect the milage.

When a got my kit it had a bent rim which I have replaced but the main problem was no wiring details so its still not running.

Middle pin on the 3 way terminal block is red and connects to the white wire

I see here you say that you got the info... Did you mean you got the info as to wiring of this controller? I am in desperate need of this, as some of my wires have become disconnected inside the controller, and I need to know which so I can repair them. Thanks in advance for ANY info on this Syk-48-100w controller, the PCB schematic/layout for this thing seems to be impossible to find online.
