Flipsky 85BD help

I have a FLIPSKY FT85BD Dual ESC 84V 200A that I would like use to control two Efficience Brushless sensored C6374 Motors in tractor mode without using the hall sensors. I am using a HOT RC F-06A receiver with a single joystick transmitter. So far I am trying to use the Flipsky Ver 1.6 esc setup software to do the setup BUT I'm having a LOT of trouble understanding how to use the software.
