Finally it's OK, I found where the bytes go !
Here is the first plot with one sample per second, I tried faster but it doesn't work. I made it with
gnuplot, it is very powerful but not very easy to use:

I will make a log of a charge and a test run next monday, then prepare a zip with the software, source code, instructions for the serial adapter...
