I can't let you get away with that GM, it wasn't a communication problem at all. I teach Chinese and Japanese students every day of the working week and I know when there is a language problem or not. It was definitely a company attitude/policy problem. Philip understood perfectly our legitimate complaints - he just chose not to respond and rectify them.
Also, YOU are responsible for the products you sell us, you can't blame your suppliers. You should have checked before you let them supply you and before you palmed them off on to us. Don't pass the buck. You gave me back my money - good - accept also that a lot ( I mean A LOT) of people are very unhappy with the lies that were told to them and the product that was sent to us (product that you yourself admit earlier in the thread 'sucked') and they were then pissed off even more with the treatment they received from Philip. My own anger was just the the tip of a very very big iceberg.
Furthermore, people didn't just wake up one morning a 'GM hater', they got that way, over time, for very good reasons.
You have finally given me my money back, good. You want GM to regain it's good reputation, good. You want to build the company up, good. You want to make it up to former customers - that's really great. Do it.............
