Happy Turkey Day…

i am talking about their bass being so loud it actually physically shakes the walls of the building, the floor, the objects and living beings inside, and it does this for blocks around the source.

I've seen that happen using high powered bass units. Perhaps make a dynamically adjusting anti-sound system of some sort? Not impossible, a friend of mine made an antisound system over 27 years ago for his digital speakers when working for Philips, to remove room reflections. Worked wonderfully, never made it to market.

Call the police. If it don't stop call the police again. If it don't stop call the police again. If it don't stop call the police again. If it don't stop call the police again. If it don't stop call the police again. If it don't stop call the police again. If it don't stop call the police again. If it don't stop call the police again. If it don't stop call the police again. If it don't stop call the police again. If it don't stop call the police again. If it don't stop call the police again.

Sorry for the annoying copy and paste :(

Go to the web site that lists property owners address. In my neighborhood it is here:
Erie County Real Property - Parcel Search
See if owner address is that same as the noise house. If no? House is most likely rented. Mail a letter to property owner. Include Cc to tenants. Letter will be more effective if has some letter head graphics and return address copied from local police or building department web sites. Print graphics and return address on envelope also.

Here is some sample text from Google AI

I know how you feel almost. I do have a 12-year-old downstairs who sounds like he's kicking a soccer ball up and down the stairs or punching a heavyweight bag his mom is extremely controlling Indian Mexican woman who has told me this is not America and said it was stolen so she has hate under her skin she knocked the head off my cement turtle and then cut the flowers off my aloe vera plant in front as if they're doing it for the good of things they're trying to get me to react.
So I went to my neighbor Dave in his garage and I'm telling him about them knocking the head off my turtle and cutting my flowers down and said they're like Pancho Villa coming across the border open all my Gates and leave the horses and the cows and the chickens out and go act like nothing happened. I was telling Dave what happened and with that poncho be a line they called the police on me as if I assaulted them. Being caught off guard when I talk to the cops he was blaming something on me. The landlord of 28 years talks to me and says they were going to put some sort of restriction on me and if they do so I'd have to move out. My landlord is an account lawyer but seems to know everything. It stopped when I was trying to take my backpack off and I had fallen on both of my knees because we got caught up in my jacket and stuff at my front door well he came over and help me pick myself up to get the backpack off and get in my door but I already had done damage to my knees because I waiting for surgery on one of the knees in 10 days. After he helped me like that in a time of deep need he quit harassing me and stop listening to his angry wife. Life is all good that one bedrock I lived here 29 years yeah the landlord wouldn't mind getting me out and raising the rent another thousand a month. Bottom line I got lucky and they were breaking my stuff up. Call me a racist for the Pancho Villa line. It even had rebarb in its head. And because my landlord doesn't speak Spanish he can will get frustrated and just try to figure things out for himself.

Clean the refrigerator day get rid of the turkey the gravy the mashed potatoes they've been in there too long if you didn't stick them in the icebox.
AW did they finally turn the music down have you had a good night's sleep. Chamomile tea, Ambien or Xanax.
Or some knock out Weed

so the loud party has basically been going on for four days now. tehy haven't yet gotten back as loud as they were for the first 10-12 hours, and they haven't done the earthshaking bass for more than a few minutes here and there, but they just won't stop. they have paused now and then--for instance they weren't doing it when i went to work this morning, but they had already started again before i got home. it's hardly ever never gone on this long before, but i'm about at my rope's end.

now there is a second party that started earlier tonite and it's actually louder than the first one, though thankfully it is apparently live music and they don't seem to have an earthshaking sub, but the trumpets and vocals are loud enough to hear even thru my block walls, doublepane windows, and the thick foam blocks in the windows...and they don't seem to be at their max volume yet as it gets louder every few minutes.

really wish someone could do somethign about these frockers, since they obviously don't give a flying frock about anyone else.

doublepane windows
When I lived next to a very busy main road, double glazed windows didn't do enough...but sliding secondary double glazing fitted over the window recess, with a 8 inch air gap in between the two sets of double glazing did. Reduced traffic noise by a huge amount. Reduced all traffic noise to whispers, even the deep rumbly stuff.

That's one of my favorites... but when I make it I just can't stop eating it. I also just found an old Paella cookbook in a Book Barn book shop in Chad's Ford PA. Of course is includes arroz con pollo. :)

I'm grateful to gather with good friends and family on a non-work day, even if the pretext is a holiday tradition founded by people who were grateful for what they'd stolen from other people they had murdered or displaced.

These days I have to take satisfaction where I can find it.

I made a colossal pot of arroz con pollo and brought a sack full of Spanish wine.

Ther'es even people out there yelling for them to turn it down, but it just makes them turn it up even louder

BOOM BOOM BOOOM BOOOMB BOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOM BOOMBOOM BOOMBOOM BOOMBOOM BOOM BOOM BOOOM BOOOMB
Who are these people? Do they sleep? If it's as bad as you say, it must be worse at the source. How can they stand it w/o injuring themselves?

Have you tried knocking on their door to tell them nicely that you can't sleep due to their music, that it's gravely affecting your health? Be sure to video the encounter with a body cam.

Time to move. Seriously.
can't happen.

besides, wherever i go there will be "people" like this, and if there arent' when i get there they would move in.

do i just run away forever and never have a home?

Not every place is like that. However, once you've cast your lot in one place, the cost of relocating can be too much to bear.

Noise cancelling headphones might be a relatively cheap remedy that reduces the annoyance from excruciating to ignorable, or at least tolerable.

Also, these do a really badass job on tire sidewalls:

And these are miraculous at evaporating car windows:

Just in case you need to do some early morning countermeasures. Not recommending anything in particular, mind you.

I too have problem with noises & have faced similar issues in the past (though it was not extreme as in your case), I empathize with your situation.

If you reached flight or fight situation, nothing to lose in searching for a suitable place for relocation.
