Help Whit new controller KT24/36SVPR-GDL01

Hi all

I hope there may be one of you who can help me, I just bought this controller KT24/36SVPR-GDL01 with this display KT-LED900, I connected the 3 wires to the motor and 24v on + and -, the display starts up fine, but when I press down buttons so the walk (6km / h) function is on, then nothing happens when I measure the output of the motor, which is 0V, what it takes to make it work, I also tried to put on the "pas" sensor and it also does not get the engine started so what am I doing wrong?

First thing that comes to mind for me is wondering if you have the wires going to the motor in the correct sequence? There's no universal color/wiring code, so unless this motor and controller came together as part of a kit, those wire colors may have to be matched with a little trial and error.

Do i need to Connect the hall sensor from the motor to the controller to get power out? i have try yo connect the hall sensor and motor but i am not sure if the color match like you write to me, but can i not get power out from the box without this hall sensors?

Can you post a clear picture of the label on the controller and another picture of the wires and connectors coming out of it?

You should hook up the minimum components that you need to get the motor running, before adding other things like PAS, brakes, etc. That would be the two battery wires, the motor phase wires, hall connector, throttle, and display (for turning the controller on).

With those connected, twist the throttle with the wheel off the ground to see what response you get.

Depending on what happens, follow this diagram posted by TommyCat until you get the right response. You may need to swap motor phase wires, or hall wires in order to get it up and running smoothly in the right direction:

1) do i need to have this phase wires on before it can start, it's not enough just with the 3 main wires?

2) I have nothing on this throttle cable, I put the speed on display, so what should I use the throttle cable for?
