Ok, so i have been redesigned my bike with the help of a whole new bike. the only real problem I have is with my crankset, I ordered the crank arms from cycloneusa (Very expensive to me). I dont want to order there Gears and freewheel adaptor because I know that I can find a cheaper solution.
As of right now, I just use a 16 tooth freewheel on my crank arm and bolt on a hacked up set of gears, as you can see from the pics. I use the freewheel gear instead of a freewheel crank adaptor (like this one http://www.cyclone-usa.com/store.php?crn=203), A. because it's too much money, and B. The last crank adaptor I used was made cheaply and I can buy a descent gear on ebay for like 15$.
So I am asking if anyone knows of a solution to getting in better shape than I am now with my freewheel crankset. They tend to bend and get wobbly from the torc of peddling and the motor. I am in need of a 40 - 44 tooth gear, and a 30 - 36 tooth gear, bolts and spacers to attach them together and a way to mount it to my freewheel.
Thanks in advance!
