How does this battery look?

The cells are good, but unfortunately the total discharge current isn’t sufficient to supply the controller and motor.

The 50E cells can discharge 9.8 A. So with 8 parallel groups using those cells, 8 x 9.8A is only 78.4A, while the controller is 100A.

This battery looks really well made. I just don’t understand why they would use these cells as there are plenty of 21700 that have much higher discharge rates. Doesn’t make sense.

It's looking like the best option is to buy a non triangle battery and modify the frame to fit.
