HV shielded cables -US

Hello,

I'm looking to buy some high voltage shielded cables for connecting a 50kW induction machine to it's drive.

Something similar to these:

I'm having troubles in finding similar ones in the US. The ones from coroplast have infinite lead time, and I don't have that much patience .

Could anyone please recommend me some cables?

Yes, meaning a motor/generator. I'm looking at 400V and 85A in a high temperature environment.

I'd rather get some thicker over-dimensioned cables and be on the safe side, especially since they will be quite short.

Here's one example, this stuff is recommended by Rinehart Motion Systems.

However, I don't know of any suppliers that will sell it by the foot, you may have to buy a whole drum of it.

Let us know if you do find some.

Maybe tell us some more about your application, but you could do a makeshift version by slipping a braided screen over regular cable, then something like heatshrink to hold it in place.

A makeshift cable wouldn't be adequate for a high temperature environment.
