It's not easy to find the ideal suspension fork for a motorized wheel. The dual motor ebike that I have seems to have a decent one. These are made by E-Bycco, EXRBYXO, and several other companies. Be sure to select the "5000W G7 Front Fork" option. I have attached images so you can see how it looks. Note how the dropout is designed. A thick and sturdy piece of metal, cut in a way that allows for great structural integrity and load-bearing stability. On my bike, it came with its own torque plate, which the standlone fork did not include. However, it's not hard to make your own. I recommend getting an actual torque arm or two though, speficially from GRIN Technologies. You can buy them here:

I got a V2, which partially interferred with the stock torque plate. I ended up cutting part of the plate off to fit the arm. I don't recommend having to do that. As for which arm to get, I would recommend the V6 or V7, though I haven't formally tested compatibility, so be sure to look into that first.
